I am currently able to take on commissions, although I typically have projects schedule about 2 months out before I could expect to do anything new. I charge between $50 and $75 for a single, 28mm model, depending on the complexity of the model, how many pieces it is in, what kind of basing is desired. Things like freehanding and decals can also affect the price. I do not offer different levels of painting quality - I paint everything to the best of my ability. I can and do paint both larger and smaller scale models, but will price them on a case-by-case basis.

I have no interest in painting entire armies, but will paint characters to match a desired color scheme.

At least half of the miniatures shown in my gallery were either painted for a specific purpose (my own game use, for example), as a commission, or have already been sold on Ebay. You can ask after specific miniatures, but they are likely not to be available. Anything painted within the last year and a half I can probably manage to recreate, if you wish to commission a piece to match.
