Daniel at Crunch Waffle asked if I could do a bit more of an elaborate base with this one. I needed to convey with the miniature the idea that he's walking backwards - I choose a stream-side scene so that I could extend the 2nd footprint and darken it like wet mud so that it would stand out more. I think I was reasonably successful. :) I also tried out a new skin tone with this fellow - I mixed in a bit of ruddy leather with tanned shadow. Turned out kinda neat, I think.
