I painted this as part of a miniature exchange via Crocodile Games. As usual, I was late in finishing it (only had a month!), mostly because I found the figure much less inspiring in person than I thought I would. Probably in part because of the skirt in back - very flat and hard to work with. The NMM Bronze turned out marginally well in places, and I like the gold around her neck. The silver is so-so. Ah well. The person who I painted this for requested that I leave the base plain so he could finish it to match his army.
