Art and Miniature Pages
Blackmoor: Miniatures by Angela Imrie, an excellent and enviable mini-painter!
Cool Mini Or Not: A huge assortment of artists and their work can be found here. This is a great site for
viewing and inspiration, although it's not always the best for mini-painting assistance/improvement. ;)
Crunch Waffle Enterprises: These guys have some of the most unique miniatures I've seen in a long time - a wide variety
of miniatures ranging from native americans and pacific islanders to "Waggamaephs" - creatures that look somewhat like the
cute furry things that turn into Gremlins... Anyway, great company that I occasionally paint for.
Dark Sword Miniatures: A minis manufacturer that creates models based on the artwork of Larry Elmore, Keith Parkinson, Clyde Caldwell,
and some others big in the fantasy industry. I am also a part-time staff painter there.
Hasslefree Miniatures: I don't know if this company still qualifies as "small" - This fantastic company is owned by
Kev and Sally White - Kev being the sculpter and Sally running most everything else. Kev White is the master of voluptuous
babes and many other creative models besides.
Jenova Project: This site is maintained by a great mini painter and her tutorials have been very helpful to me. :) Jenova
herself hasn't updated the site in over a year, and there seems to be no clear message as to what's happened to her. I hope
you're doing well out there, Jenova!
MiniPainter Mailing List: A resource for those who are interested in the mini-painting hobby!
Ordo Fanaticus: A hobby site for Pacific Northwest Gamers & modellers.
Reaper Miniatures: One of the biggest miniature manufacturers, they focus mostly on fantasy miniatures useful for RPGs, although
they do have their own game system as well. If you need a model for a PC for your D&D game, this is probably the place to find it.
Personal Favorites
Challenge in a Can: Good for when you've got writer's block. Geared towards X-men and Buffy/Angel fanfiction.
Dave Barry: My favorite Sunday Paper Collumnist. :)
Dork Tower: A comic strip.
Foxtrot: The comics should speak for themselves!
Insaniquarium: A disturbingly addictive web-game.
Order of the Stick: A very amusing comic with much D&D parodying and hilarity.
Slayerage: The Online International Journal of Buffy Studies. This has some good, and interesting, critical
articles about Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Sci-Fi Writer: Home Page of Robert J. Sawyer. I've never read any of his novels, but his "how to write" section
is interesting and entertaining. :)
RPG Resources
Alfabette Zoope: A good place to find a name when you're stumped.
The Big List of RPG Plots: A neat GM's aid.
BtVS-RPG.net: A site dedicated to the Buffy the Vampire Slayer RPG by Eden Studios.
ENWorld Forum: Best forum EVER for RPGs.
Forgotten Realms Helps: A resource for those running Forgotten Realms Campaigns with D&D.
IMarvinTPA's Dungeons and Dragons Database: The best place EVER to find all the "stuff" of D&D.
Medieval Sourcebook: All things Medieval!
